About S1 Tree Services

When the frost lets go in March, the Assabet runs high past Marlborough's north edge and the woods at Ghiloni stand in three inches of meltwater. S1 Tree Services likes to get in early on that season — pruning and trimming while the crowns are still open and every dead limb is easy to spot, removals staged before the yards soften underfoot. The land out toward Millham grows big oak and shagbark hickory, handsome trees that ask for a little management every few years to stay that way. Wind events arrive fast up the Assabet valley, and storm damage cleanup here is about restoring order in sequence: the driveway first, then the lawn, then the last of the sawdust. Southborough, Berlin and Westborough are on the list as well.
