About A & D Landscaping & Construction

Late September light comes in sideways over French Hill, gilding the porch rails and the little terraced yards that step down toward the center of the city. A & D Landscaping & Construction keeps that kind of ground in order: mowing on a slant, edging where a lawn meets a retaining wall, and the long autumn haul of leaves off hillsides where a rake truly earns its keep. Hill lots are their own arithmetic — the mower goes across, never down, and the finish still has to read straight from the sidewalk. Marlborough neighborhoods sit close together, so one tidy yard lifts the four around it. The crew leaves at dusk with the beds cut in and the driveway swept, and the hill looks the way it should.
