About New England landscape and design LLC

A nor'easter reaches Marion sideways, coming across the Weweantic and up over Route 6 with the kind of wind that erases a driveway ten minutes after it's been cleared. New England landscape and design LLC runs those nights — plow down, headlights full of moving white, working the same routes twice and three times if the storm insists. Out past the village the roads narrow fast, and the difference between passable and stuck is one careful pass alongside a stone wall. Walks get shoveled all the way to the door and treated so the morning's refreeze has nothing to grip. By first light the wind lays down, the pines shake themselves out, and every drive on the route stands open.
