About Martinez Landscaping & Construction
By mid-July the yards up toward Vinnin Square are running dry while the ones down near the shore stay lush — that is Swampscott in a sentence, half a mile changing everything. Martinez Landscaping & Construction reads that difference and mows to it, leaving height on the thirsty lots and taking a tighter cut where the ocean damp keeps the grass thick. Trimming and edging finish each visit, tight to walls, fences and driveway aprons. Cleanups in spring and fall carry the heavy lifting at both ends of the year. It is steady, unglamorous work, and the town looks better street by street for it.
