Straight Shooters Winter

About Straight Shooters Winter

Snow finds the high ground around Newtown Hill first, then works its way down toward Forge Pond until the whole town is under one white sheet. Straight Shooters Winter runs the plow through those hours, opening Littleton driveways, widening the road-end so the town plow's berm has somewhere to go. Walkways, steps and the strip along the garage door get shoveled by hand, and salt goes down where the slope would otherwise turn to glass at dusk. Storms here have a habit of arriving on a Sunday night, which is when the truck goes out. Come morning the drives are open and the town gets on with itself.
