Great Road has carried Littleton's traffic for as long as there has been traffic, and in April it carries a steady stream of people with lawn plans. Great Road Farm and Garden (Agway) is where those plans get supplied — grass seed, lawn fertilizer, soil, mulch and the ordinary tools that turn a thin patch into a filled-in yard. Fall brings the other half of the calendar: overseeding, the last feeding before frost, and bags going out the door on cool bright afternoons.
