Chappell Tree and Landscape

About Chappell Tree and Landscape

Lincoln's roads run narrow and unlit between the conservation fields, and in a storm the only way to find a driveway is to already know where it is. Chappell Tree and Landscape plows those driveways — the long ones, the gravel ones, the kind that bend twice before a house appears. Walks and steps get shoveled and treated, aprons get reopened after the town truck fills them back in, and the banks get pushed wide so the next storm has room to land. Snow off Sandy Pond comes dry and fine one night and dense the next, and the equipment answers accordingly. By first light the drives are open and the woods have gone back to being silent.
