J&B Grounds

About J&B Grounds

At four o'clock on a January afternoon the light goes blue behind the old meetinghouse on the Lancaster green, and whatever fell that day is still lying there. J&B Grounds clears it — driveways, walks and parking areas plowed and shoveled out square, with salt where the cold digs in overnight. In the warm half of the year those same properties get mowed, trimmed and edged on a weekly turn, cleanups at either end. Grounds work is mostly invisible when it's done well; what you notice is the walk you crossed without thinking about it. Snow removal and lawn care in Lancaster and the towns around it.
