About Scott, Son & Daughter Tree and Landscape
First light comes up over the Great Marsh and lays a low band of gold across Ipswich, and by the time it reaches the drumlin hills the mowers are already loaded. Scott, Son & Daughter Tree and Landscape tends the lawns and green edges of this old coastal town, cutting lines as clean as the tide seams that run out toward Crane Beach. There is a plain, honest pleasure in a yard finished by mid-morning — the smell of fresh grass, the hush a well-kept property keeps around a weathered First Period house, the crisp edge holding against the salt air. Between the river woods and the marsh light, the work leaves the place a little tidier than it found it, trimmed and breathing and ready for the season ahead.
