About Witman Properties Inc

Downtown Holyoke has to open on time, storm or not — the lots off Dwight Street need to be black by the hour the first cars arrive. Witman Properties Inc plows that kind of ground: lots and drives cleared wide, walkways and doorways shoveled to the edge, salt and sand down before the melt refreezes at the ramps. Night work means banking the piles clear of the corners so drivers still have a sightline coming out. When the sky finally lightens over the mill roofs and the pavement is already clear, the morning simply happens the way it should. That is the entire point of the job.
