About Red Branch Landscape Construction

Holyoke was built out of brick and brownstone, and the old yards above High Street still step down toward the sidewalk behind granite walls. Red Branch Landscape Construction keeps those terraces looking cared for — mowing what is level, trimming what is not, cutting a line along the stone, mulching beds and clearing the yard out in spring and again in fall. When winter comes the narrow drives between the houses get plowed or shoveled, the walks and stairs opened, salt and sand worked into the icy corners. Stone holds cold and holds shine, so ice there always wants a second look. It is close, careful work, and this city is full of it.
