Barcellos & Kane

About Barcellos & Kane

Winter mornings in Hingham arrive off the water first — salt air moving up from the harbor while the streets below Otis Hill are still blue. Barcellos & Kane works that hour, pushing driveways open and cutting walkways down to bare pavement so the day can start on time. Come May the same routes turn green and the work becomes mowing, edging, trimming, and hauling the spring cleanup off by the truckload. There is a plain satisfaction in a lawn striped straight to the property line and a drive with square, honest banks on either side. Hingham gets both halves of its year from them, and neither half is treated as the small one.
