A July thunderhead builds over the Haverhill hills, drops twenty minutes of rain, and by the weekend the grass has put on an inch and a half. Grounds Control answers with a mower deck and a plan: cutting on rotation, edging along walks and drives, trimming the fence lines, mulch where the beds have thinned, cleanups in spring and fall. Winter changes the tools without changing the idea — plowing, shoveling, blowing out walkways, sand and salt on the pitch of a driveway. Wide open lawns and narrow in-town lots both get put in order, and both look it. The work covers Haverhill and the towns on every side of it.
