About Ortiz RD Landscaping and Construction

A fresh ring of mulch laid dark around a bed, the mower's final pass drawn straight as a chalk line — this is work that leaves a Harwich yard looking cared-for down to its edges. Ortiz RD Landscaping keeps lawns cut, fed, and clear of weeds here on Cape Cod's south shore, where sandy soil, the salt air off Nantucket Sound, and stands of pitch pine set the terms for what will grow. Their days run from mowing and fertilizing to tending garden beds and trimming shrubs, from pruning and shaping trees to taking down the ones that have to come out. When the oaks let their leaves go each fall, and again when spring loosens the ground, they rake the beds clean and hand the yard back ready for the season. The reward is plain to see: a trim lawn holding its shape against the Sound wind, tidy from the roadside straight through to the back fence.
