About Chicopee Row Landscaping, LLC.

There is a sound a woodlot makes in late autumn — the crack of the splitter, the rattle of a cord going onto the stack — and Chicopee Row Landscaping, LLC. makes it in Groton ahead of every heating season. They season hardwood firewood and deliver it locally, so the rack is full before the first hard freeze does its arithmetic. When the storms arrive it is snow and ice management, residential and commercial, plowing and salting until driveways and lots are dark pavement again. In the growing months their bark blowing rigs take commercial and contractor work end to end — sourcing the material, hauling it in, blowing it onto beds and slopes no wheelbarrow was ever going to reach. It is work you notice mostly by its absence: no drift at the door, no bare bed, no empty rack in February.
