Studer's Landscaping

About Studer's Landscaping

Inland of the harbor Gloucester turns wild — Dogtown's glacial boulders sit out in the scrub like dropped furniture, and the yards nearby are carved from that same stubborn ground. Studer's Landscaping works them through the mowing months, then again in October when the oaks let go all at once and every lawn vanishes under leaves. Clearing them is half satisfaction and half arithmetic: get the ground breathing again before the first hard freeze locks it shut. Then the other side of the year opens, and driveways cut into ledge and hillside are plowed wide, with shovel work at the steps where no blade will fit. Same properties, two entirely different moods.
