About ATR Property Services LLC

Route 128 runs out of road in Gloucester, and everything that rolls up it — trucks, deliveries, the morning shift — lands on a handful of lots and drives that simply have to be open. ATR Property Services LLC works that side of the city, mowing and trimming grounds through the season, cutting growth back along curbs and fence lines, and running spring and fall cleanups so the leaves never reach the storm drains. Winter turns the same ground into plow work: lots pushed to the edges, entryways and sidewalks cleared, salt and sand down before the first car arrives. Cape Ann storms like to come in wet and finish hard, which is why the work happens in passes instead of one heroic sweep. An open lot at six in the morning is the entire point.
