About TLC Associates LLC

Franklin sits inland where the Mill River threads past old brick and the pines of the state forest hold the town's western edge, a country of low rolling hills that green in a hurry once the frost gives way. TLC Associates works this ground with a landscaper's patience — mowers drawing clean lines across MetroWest lawns, edges cut sharp along the walks and beds, a yard kept even and unhurried through the long summer light. When the cold clamps down over the 495 corridor and snow banks up along the drives, the same hands are out before the town stirs, plows scraping the asphalt back to black so the morning can begin. It is honest, physical work, and it leaves something you can stand and look at: a property that carries its season well, from the first mowing to the last cleared storm.
