About Landry Enterprises Inc

At three in the morning a Franklin storm is mostly sound — the scrape of the blade and the hiss of sand along Union Street while the brick mills stand dark above Mine Brook. Landry Enterprises Inc works that hour on purpose, so the town meets its own driveways already open. Plow routes take the residential loops first, then the lots and the walks, with sand and salt laid down where freeze-thaw likes to set a trap. There is a real satisfaction in a clean pass: pavement showing black, banks pushed back square, no ridge left across the apron for somebody to fight at six. By the time the first train pulls out of Forge Park, the work has gone quiet again.
