Chaves Lawn Care

About Chaves Lawn Care

Late May in Franklin Town smells like cut grass and lilac, and the light arrives early over the common. Chaves Lawn Care moves through it on a weekly rhythm — mowing in clean overlapping lines, trimming close to fence posts and foundations, edging the drive so the border reads sharp from the street. Summer here asks for patience: heat settles into the low yards, growth slows, then one thunderstorm rolls through and everything wants cutting again. Autumn turns the maples along Main Street and the work becomes leaves, all of them, carried off before the first hard rain mats them down. What's left after each visit is simple and worth doing well — a lawn somebody is glad to walk out onto.
