Leaf and Lawn Landscaping

About Leaf and Lawn Landscaping

Some summer mornings, fog slides in past Nobska Light and settles over Falmouth's lawns, leaving every blade beaded until the sun burns through. Leaf and Lawn Landscaping looks after yards in this town of kettle ponds, salt bays and a white-steepled village green, the birthplace of Katharine Lee Bates, who later wrote of spacious skies. Sandy Cape soil drains fast and the wind off Vineyard Sound finds every open corner, so a thriving lawn here is earned one visit at a time. Mowing, trimming, edging and clearing away fallen leaves, the work leaves a property looking at home anywhere from Woods Hole to East Falmouth. On a Falmouth afternoon, the scent of mown grass and a breeze off the water make a fine pair.
