About Davis Landscaping

Sleet arrives at Quissett around dusk, ticking on the boat covers, and by full dark the road out toward the Knob has gone slick end to end. Davis Landscaping is out in it, plowing drives that bend under pines and opening the walks where wind funnels between houses. Falmouth snow is rarely dry — it comes in salted and sticky and it wants to weld itself to blacktop — so timing carries more than muscle here: one pass while it is still falling, another to finish clean. Sand goes down on the pitched drives that drop toward the water. The reward is a household that steps outside at seven and finds the way already open.
