A January thaw in Everett turns the snowbanks around Santilli Circle into gray hills full of holes, and then the mercury drops and every surface underfoot becomes a hazard again. Steve's Services works both halves of that weather — plowing and shoveling drives, lots and walks while the snow is still falling, then coming back with salt and sand when the melt refreezes overnight.
