Octavio's Landscape and Lawn Care

About Octavio's Landscape and Lawn Care

Saturday morning on Hancock Street sounds like this in late May: a screen door, a radio through an open window, and somewhere down the block a mower starting up. Octavio's Landscape and Lawn Care makes a good share of that sound, moving yard to yard through the warm months — cutting, edging along the granite curb, trimming the fence lines, clearing the debris that gathers at both ends of the growing year. When December turns the same block white, the truck comes back with a plow and a spreader for the driveways, the walkways, the steps and the ice that hides at the bottom of every shaded stairwell. Everett is a city of small ground and close neighbors, which means the work is done in public and stands or falls in public. That suits them fine.
