Pioneer Landscapes

About Pioneer Landscapes

Out past Pomeroy Meadow the farmland runs right to the foot of the hills, and in October the light comes across it sideways and makes even a plain hayfield look composed. Pioneer Landscapes keeps Easthampton properties in that kind of order — mowing, trimming and edging through the season, cleanups in spring and fall, then plowing, shoveling and salting once the valley starts collecting snow. Weather up on Park Hill can run a few degrees off the flats, which is enough to change what a storm leaves behind and how it has to be handled. A crisp edge in June and an open driveway at six in the morning in January are the same pride wearing different gloves. Easthampton and its neighbors, all the way around the calendar.
