About Eldredge Property Services

Winter arrives in Duxbury sideways off the bay — salt haze stiffening on the shingles, the light gone low and pewter over the marsh by four o'clock, Powder Point Bridge standing out in the wind with nobody on it. Eldredge Property Services keeps watch through exactly those weeks, checking South Shore homes while their owners are elsewhere, walking each one room by room on the snowbird rounds so that an empty house is never truly unattended. The rest of the year the work turns toward home concierge tasks, staging, and move management — the quiet, unglamorous business of a house being ready for whatever comes next. There is real satisfaction in it: a pine-shadowed street off the harbor, a door opened after months away, and the place waiting inside just as it was left.
