About MacNeill Landscaping

Dracut lies along the high north bank of the Merrimack, a town of old hayfields and stone walls, of brook-bottom woods that thin out toward the brick of Lowell downriver. MacNeill Landscaping keeps that ground in order all year, for houses and commercial properties both — mowing and lawn care through the green months, edging and mulching until the beds sit dark and square against the turf, fall cleanups that lift the maples' leavings off a yard before the first hard freeze, and snow removal when the valley turns over and a driveway simply has to be open by morning. They also draw new design plans for new construction and remodeling, sketching a landscape into being before a single spade goes in. The pleasure of it is physical and plain: an edge that holds its line clear into August, a lawn cut in even passes, a plowed drive glittering under the early light.
