About Dependable Landscaping

Dennis sits on the narrow waist of the Cape, where the Bay-side flats run out a half-mile at low tide and the Sound side dozes behind scrub pine and oak. On ground this sandy, a lawn is something you coax rather than assume, and Dependable Landscaping works that soil across Cape Cod from Hyannis to Orleans — mowing and lawn care, irrigation set and serviced, plantings and mulch, stone walls and patios laid piece by piece, landscape lighting that carries a walkway into the evening. Come winter, when the wind off Cape Cod Bay hardens the shade under the old 6A oaks, they clear drives and lots before the first cars move. There is a plain, physical satisfaction in the result: an edge cut crisp against a shell path, a wall squared and settled, a yard that holds its season straight through to the next one.
