About Savery Property Management

Out on Smith Neck the salt marsh goes silver in January and the wind off Apponagansett Bay has nothing at all to slow it down. Savery Property Management is the reason a drive out there is open at daybreak — plowed wide, shoveled at the steps, treated where shade holds ice past noon. The same properties get walked in the warm months: grass mowed on schedule, borders kept, beds cleaned out in spring and stripped of leaves in November. It works less like a series of visits and more like one long relationship with a piece of ground. Owners come back to a place that looks exactly the way they left it.
