About clean Sweep

In Danvers the day ends early along the water, the light going copper over the Porter and the Crane before it lets go of the marsh. clean Sweep works both halves of that calendar here: mowing lines laid straight across yards near Endicott Park in July, and plow routes run down those same streets in February while the town is still asleep. There is real pleasure in an edge cut sharp along a walk, and another kind in a driveway opened before the first car needs it. Snow off the Route 1 corridor comes in wet and heavy some years, dry and quick in others, and the work shifts to match. What stays constant is a yard that looks cared for from the road and a path to the door you don't have to guess your way down.
