About Ferris Lawn and Landscape LLC

On a July evening in Clarksburg the light comes down long across the fields near Mauserts Pond, and cut grass holds the smell of the whole afternoon. Ferris Lawn and Landscape LLC keeps that half of the year going with mowing, string trimming, edging, and mulch laid dark around the beds. Then the calendar turns, the state forest goes bare and white, and the trucks change over to plowing driveways, shoveling walks, and putting sand down where the grade wants to slide. Clarksburg pitches uphill nearly everywhere, so an open drive is not a small thing here — it is the difference between getting to work and not. The cleanups come at both ends: April for whatever the plow left behind, November for whatever the maples drop. Same crew, same roads, both sides of the year.
