Ken's Lawn Care

About Ken's Lawn Care

Down at the Gorge the East Branch of the Westfield cuts through rock so steep the sun only visits at noon, and the whole town takes its character from that kind of ground. Ken's Lawn Care works both halves of the Chesterfield year — mowing, trimming, edging and seasonal cleanups while the hay-scented ferns are up, then plowing, shoveling and sanding once the hills go white. Hilltown lawns are carved out of forest and hold their moisture, so timing a cut matters as much as making it. A neat yard in the middle of all that wildness looks like a small act of faith, and it's a good one. Summer or winter, the grass gets cut and the driveway gets opened.
