Jenney Landscape

About Jenney Landscape

The center of Carlisle is a rotary, a white steeple, a country store and not one traffic light, and on a snow morning it's the plowed lanes that tell you the town is awake. Jenney Landscape clears driveways and walks around that center all winter, then trades the plow for the mower once the ground softens. The green half of the year runs on mowing and trimming you could set a clock by, with cleanups bracketing it at either end. There's a satisfaction to both halves that's hard to explain to anyone who hasn't done it — the driveway opened wide before the first car needs it, the lawn left even as a card table in July. Small town, plain work, and it shows from the road every day of the year.
