Seghetto Landscape & Construction

About Seghetto Landscape & Construction

Brockton's dooryards sit close to the road — a strip of grass, a granite curb rubbed round by winters, a low wall someone stacked back when the mills still ran the city's clock. Seghetto Landscape & Construction works those yards from the dirt up: excavation and machine work with excavator and skid steer, hardscape and landscape design, patio pavers and retaining-wall block and cobblestone edging set true, topsoil mix by the load, tree services, lawn care, and yard cleaning that leaves a property breathing again. There is a plain pleasure in the hour a rough grade becomes a level patio, in a mowing line drawn straight past the driveway, in a cobble edge that gives a bed its shape and then holds it through August heat and February gray. From the drumlin rises of the west side down toward the ponds and stone tower of D. W. Field Park, and out across the Greater Boston towns beyond, the work stays honest and physical — dig, set, sweep, step back and look.
