Shawn's Lawns

About Shawn's Lawns

A trim, well-kept lawn gives a Beverly household something to come home to — a soft green room out under the sky, edges clean enough to run a hand along, grass that holds the salt light coming up off the harbor. Shawn's Lawns tends yards across this North Shore town, where the streets tip down toward the water and the old mill blocks give way to tree-shaded lots and long summer afternoons. There is a plain pleasure in the work: the even pass of the mower, the crisp line where turf meets walk, the whole property left looking like someone loves it. Season after season, from the first flush of spring to the browning of late fall, the lawns stay cared for, and the neighborhood is greener for it.
