Garcia Snow Removal

About Garcia Snow Removal

Snow reaches Beverly heavy and wet, straight off the water, the kind that takes the fight out of a shovel arm by the second driveway. Garcia Snow Removal is a snow removal business built for exactly that — plowing, shoveling walks and steps, breaking down the packed bank at the end of a drive, spreading salt and sand ahead of the refreeze. Along Rantoul Street the storm turns to slush and then to iron by midnight, so the second pass is never optional. The trucks are out while the depot platform is still empty and the harbor has vanished behind the snow. The measure of a good night is a whole street of open driveways at sunrise.
