March in Brockton is two seasons arguing: Trout Brook running high and brown, and a foot of snow still shaded on the north side of every fence. B M Norris Enterprises works both ends of that argument — plowing and shoveling until the last storm gives up, then walking the same properties in April with rakes and mowers to see what the winter left behind. Cleanups, cutting, edging and the long summer routine follow from there. When the first flakes arrive near the fairgrounds, the truck is loaded for the other half of the job.
