About Out On A Limb LLC

A saw idles, then bites; a rope runs through a gloved hand and the limb comes down easy over the driveway. Out On A Limb LLC works the oaks and maples of Attleboro, where the Ten Mile River threads the old mill streets and the woods press close against the back fences — trimming and removing trees, grinding stumps down flat, pruning ornamentals and fruit trees with the fine, unhurried cuts those want, and setting new trees and hedges into ground that will hold them a long time. When a storm shoulders through southeastern Massachusetts, they come clear what the wind left in the yard. The rest of the calendar is lawn care, and then the plowing season, driveways opened while the streetlights are still burning over Route 1. What stays behind is plain and good to look at: a clean collar cut, a lawn swept smooth, a canopy with morning coming through it.
