Kamataris Landscape & Lawn Care

About Kamataris Landscape & Lawn Care

First light comes up over the Sudbury River valley and the mowers are already off the trailer, Ashland waking to cut grass and the long clean stripes laid down yard by yard. Kamataris Landscape & Lawn Care works this MetroWest ground the way it asks to be worked — beds shaped and planted, shrubs and trees pruned back into line, pavers set true for walkways and patios that make a house feel finished from the curb. There is a deep satisfaction in a lawn brought back: aerated, dethatched, seeded or sodded, fed on a program until the green runs unbroken to the fence. Come November the maples empty themselves over every lot in town and the cleanup crews carry it all off; by January the work turns commercial, plow blades down on lots and drives while the streetlights are still on. Irrigation lines in spring, snow pushed back in winter, and underneath it all the crisp edge waiting for the thaw.
