About #1 Chavez Landscaping & Irrigation LLC

Andover keeps its water close — Haggetts Pond sitting quiet behind the treeline, the Shawsheen bending south through town, mist lying in the low yards until the sun climbs over them. #1 Chavez Landscaping & Irrigation LLC works those yards right across the growing season, mowing, edging and trimming until a lawn reads the same from the sidewalk as it does from the back fence. August in the Merrimack Valley can turn the tips gold and the ground hard, and the whole trick of the job is carrying a lawn green and knit together until the rains come back. April is raking the winter out of the beds; October is staying ahead of the maples before the leaves mat down. What they are after is a yard that looks looked-after on an ordinary Tuesday, not just before company arrives.
