About Amherst Property Management

Winter mornings in North Amherst start under lamplight, the old mill village quiet and the pond up past Cushman locked blue. Amherst Property Management works that dark end of the day — plowing drives and parking areas, clearing sidewalks and entryways, and sanding and salting the paths people take before they are fully awake. Valley storms come across from the west and can stall for hours, so one pass is seldom the whole job. Keeping a property in January is mostly logistics: where the snow goes, which corner ices first, who steps out at six. A building whose walks are clear before the first door opens has had a good night, even if nobody says so.
