Pond Hill Greenscapes

About Pond Hill Greenscapes

Out past the ponds the Amesbury back roads narrow between stone walls and low cedar, and by late October the light comes through sideways and gold. Pond Hill Greenscapes works both halves of the calendar there — mowing, trimming, edging and seasonal cleanups while things grow, plowing, shoveling and ice treatment once they stop. The turn happens fast in this corner of Essex County: leaves one week, a skim of white across the fields the next. Staying ready for both is mostly a matter of being early — beds put to bed, leaves swept off the walks before they mat down, equipment swapped before the forecast asks. The payoff is a property that looks cared for in November, which is the hardest month to look cared for in.
