About Turf Envy

Morning comes slow over Abington, the light feeling its way through the oaks around Island Grove before it settles on the first cut lawn. This is a landscape and hardscape company working the South Shore, and you can read its days in what they leave behind: a patio laid stone by stone, a walkway bending toward a door, a retaining wall holding a slope the way a hand steadies a shoulder. When the beds are mulched and the grass is aerated and trimmed, an old mill-town street seems to stand a little straighter; when winter buries the drive, the plow is out early, peeling a black ribbon back to bare pavement. Between the fire pits and the fall cleanups, the seasonal plantings and the pruning, there is a plain, steady pride here in coaxing a Plymouth County yard into something that keeps its shape.
