P & A Lawn Care Service

About P & A Lawn Care Service

By noon the live oaks in old Salaville are giving away the only shade for blocks, and the St. Augustine grass lies thick and flat in the heat. P & A Lawn Care Service works straight through that middle of the day — mowing, trimming the fence lines, cutting a border where the turf wants to creep over the sidewalk. Westwego yards grow in a way a northern town would not believe: eight months of push, a short pause, then push again, so the schedule matters as much as the muscle. A crisp edge and a swept-looking walk read as care from the street, and that is the point of every stop. Come evening the block cools, the porch fans start, and the yard looks the way somebody hoped it would.
