Preaux Lawns

About Preaux Lawns

Late in the afternoon, when the live oaks along Thibodaux's downtown streets throw long shadows and the Spanish moss stirs in a slow breeze, Preaux Lawns is still going. They mow and trim the yards tucked beneath those old oaks, edging the drives and clearing the clippings so a place looks cared for by dusk. Under a canopy that filters the light green and gold, the work stays patient — a steady pass, a clean border, a lawn brought back to order. Preaux Lawns keeps grass and edges tidy across Thibodaux and neighboring Raceland and Lockport. When the heat finally eases and the moss goes still, the yards they've tended stand quiet and trim.
