Performance Lawn Care

About Performance Lawn Care

In Theriot the road and the bayou travel together, and the yards along Bayou Dularge are cut from ground the marsh keeps trying to take back. Performance Lawn Care works that narrow ribbon of high land — mowing, edging, string trimming, and clearing the clippings before the afternoon squall comes up off the Gulf. Summer is one long green push here: grass that stands back up overnight in the wet heat, and a straight line laid down beside a shell drive by mid-morning. Winter loosens its grip early, so the work turns toward cleanups, cutting back whatever the wind and water dropped through a yard. There is a plain pleasure in a lawn that reads sharp against all that open water — an edge you can see from the road, holding its shape between tides.
