Patterson's Lawncare Service

About Patterson's Lawncare Service

Pelican sits up in the red-clay hills of Sabine Parish, where the pines run to the horizon and the land rises and falls instead of lying flat. Patterson's Lawncare Service works those yards — mowing across slopes and ditch banks, edging the drives, trimming around porches, fence posts and outbuildings, and clearing the clippings and needles that collect in the corners. Northwest Louisiana gives a real spring and a real fall, so the season has a shape to it: hard growth from April on, then straw and leaves to move once the air turns. A cut lawn set against dark timber and red dirt is a picture worth the sweat. The route takes in Pelican and the towns around it — Many, Robeline, Converse and Marthaville.
