About Parks Land Services, LLC

Spring mornings on Bayou Teche move slowly. Mist curls off the dark water, old oaks lean out over the banks, and the call of a heron carries clear to the far side. Parks, a small St. Martin Parish village strung along the bayou, takes its days at that same easy pace, but its grass does not; once the warm rains arrive, it races. Parks Land Services, LLC keeps the yards of Parks, the village in its name, mowed even and trimmed tidy, from the back steps out to where the lawn gives way to the trees. There is a particular pleasure in grass cut short and green, running down toward slow brown water under leaning limbs. It is the bayou at ease, and this work helps keep it that way.
