Peabody's Lawn Service

About Peabody's Lawn Service

Out toward West End and the lakefront, where the sailboats rock in the harbor and the breeze comes steady off Lake Pontchartrain, Peabody's Lawn Service keeps the yards trimmed against the salt air. The lots here sit low and open near the water, the grass thickening in the humid warmth, and the mowers work them clean and even. Peabody's edges the walks, trims the fence lines, and clears the clippings, leaving each lakefront yard tidy under the wide sky. There's a breezy calm to cutting grass this close to the water, the masts clinking somewhere beyond the levee. Mowing, edging, trimming, and cleanup, done near the shores of Pontchartrain.
