About RJS-10 LLC

February in Natchitoches Parish is brown pasture and bare pecan limbs, with the Bermuda still dormant and the wind coming across open ground off Highway 6. That is cleanup season for RJS-10 LLC — hauling out the winter's leaf litter and downed sticks, cutting back the ragged fence lines, taking the turf down low so the spring green-up comes in thick and even. Once the grass wakes, the schedule turns to steady mowing, edging and trimming right through the long Louisiana summer. Working properties on the edge of town means big open lots as often as tight yards, and both get the same finish. There is something satisfying about setting a place up in winter and watching it come back right.
